I recall back when I was in highskool (which I guess wasn't that long ago) every year they said how they were banning freaking, and so on. It never happened. Despite their threats and increasing the number of chaparones, there was no way they could police that many kids.

My senior year, our school "banned" freak dancing, warning that they'll suspend anyone caught doing it. Though our school is very laxed about keeping any rules, so it's not like anyone followed it anyway.
