What should I get at Best Buy w/ $40??
I just got a 40 dollar gift certificate today for Best Buy. I don't have PS2, X-Box or Gamecube so new video games is outta the question. I was thinking about maybe some cd's or a new battery for my digital camera. Anyone have some other good ideas, would I be able to get a cheapo DVD player for about 40?? I don't know just let me know if you have some worthwhile suggestions.

Best Buy is a great place to stock up on movies that you can't find other places that you liked but have completely forgotten about. Their selection is good.

peace out Miguel
ps or upgrade your component wires to some nice monster cable wires but for some really good ones you'll have to fork out some out of pocket.

Family Guy DVD box set (well, vol. 1 or 2). That's all you need.
What the hell is he going to use a PS2 online adapter for when he doesn't even own a video game system?

LOL... I do have video game systems PS1 and N64, had a Dreamcast but sold it a while back, so yea a PS2 online adapter would be useless for me. The radios also sound pretty sweet exept my sister has some that I borrow when I go up. Looking on Best Buy's site I did see some DVD players in the 35-40 dollar range, I know thats pretty cheap but I don't have a DVD player yet except on my imac, and I'd like to finally start a DVD collection... hmm DWNSHFT you say they have drifting / racing movies

Get "The Ben Stiller Show" on DVD, I liked that show back in the day and I still like watching it now, or I would recommend getting "The Simpsons" On DVD, or "Family Guy" on DVD. Simpons being my favorite I have like season 1 thorugh 13 on my computer already, just waiting for all the dvds to come out.

you could pour in a few extra bucks and get a set of those two way radios. they're a nice little thing to have when you go boarding.

I went over to Best Buy today to get a KLH DVD player for $35 but they were all sold out! They said the DVD players should be restocked by tomorrow so hopefully I can pick one up when they open tomorrow.
