What should I do with my old car speakers... Oh I know!

Cardboard Ghetto Blaster!

So my bro and I wanted to make use of our old component speakers from my wrx and his scion tc without spending any money. Yes yes, I know making a box isn't that hard and it would sound great. But this is hilariously great!
Here are some phone pics as we were working away.

Notice the working coat hanger antenna

We hooked it up to the tc's old deck and power it with an old car battery. We have a battery charger close by for when it needs a charge.

Here's a vid to show it in action in our garage.

I think it would sound even better in a larger case and if you allowed the large speakers to resonate the same way you allow the small speakers to...My experience at doing the same sort of thing when i was younger....except I did a wooden case.

I'm impressed it actually works that well.
