Question What Next??

Should I get:

1. 3" Borla Hushes/Stromung Dual Tip (Just exhaust with no uppie or downpipe, this is for the look and sound. The uppie and downpipe comes after warranty).

or??

2. Stoptech Stage 2 upgrade

or??

3. Subaru 4 pots + 2 Pots rear (This is expensive though)

Remeber, I only do Street driving and maybe some Auto-X someday!! Maybe?

I would go brakes next, thats my next mod, im in the same boat as you with the wife she doesnt like it until she sees the diff. it makes.By the way do you have sway bars yet that made the biggest diff. on my wagon.

What other mods do you have?

Brakes and suspension should always come first. The stoptechs are really nice, and now that I have big brakes ('04 STi), having had stock WRX brakes on my old '02, I could never go back.

Do you exhaust stuff when you get around to doing engine mgmt.

for that I recommend www.eqtuning.com

I would say the exhuast, BUT the cat back would give you very little of a gain..

So after some nice suspension upgrades i'd go for Stoptechs, or like Krinkov said......hang out on the forum and scout out some used STI brake parts.

What suspension system are you riding on? If you have not done any suspension work I'd do that first, then brakes and finally performance mods.

Yup, Sedan RSB so my handling is neutral! 20mm up front and 20mm sedan rear. Followed Kevin's advise.

Right now the mods are:

- 02 Sedan RSB
- 18" Wheels + Pirelli's PZero Nero M+S
- Forester Cup Holder (I know it's not a mod but hey it's on scoobymod.com + my wife and kid made me do it )

If you guys say suspension, what kind and what should I do, Do I lower it? Put in Strut Bars? Let me know cause I am warning you I'll do it!!

the wagon benefits more from a rear strut bar because it lacks the rear tray and the sedans static rear seats. the front strut bar really doesnt do much. do you have endlinks yet? get both front and rear.

yeah i agree about the catback. its not going to give you any gains, and the car is smoother with the stock muffler anyway. a stromung catback was one of my first n00b mods cuz its pretty standard for n00bs to want the look and sound. youre gonna get over it if its just for that. if youre getting uppipe/dp, then i'd think about a new muffler. i eventually sold the stromung and im stock again, on cobb stage 2, which im pretty happy with.
