What next?

What should I do next to my car?

https://www.i-club.com/forums/ongoing-projects-31/my-black-02-wrx-85494/

It's my daily driver but I will be taking it to the track also. I don't want to do anything illegal since I can't afford to be pulled over. Right now I have new rims, tires, and an exhaust waiting to be installed. Also have new rotors, pads, and ss lines.

I'm considering the following....
carbon fiber sidemarkers
fog light covers
new grill
converting to wingless?
some pink badges
JDM sidemarkers?
carbon fiber hood/trunk?
STi scoop
sway bars
strut bars
short shifter
FMIC
guages (currently only have autometer boost)

What order do you think I should do this stuff in? Or should I do something else? Or not do some of this?

Thanks
Nick

Suspension - swaybar.
Then EGT gauge now that you have a larger exhaust (assuming TBE).

Front and rear sways? or just rear?
How about endlinks?

Exhaust is just catback.

Then skip the EGT for now, and get rear sways (I include endlink when I mean rear sways).

I dont think it is... or is it? It's just a helix catback with the cat and my midpipe was messed up in an accident so replacing the cat is legal. And a muffler aint illegal.

i have recieved a ticket for it before and i know some others have as well.

technically there is a decible limit that you can't pass but cops don't always abide by that and will still nail you for it if they feel like it.

Nick,
i'd go in following order : wheels/tires install, suspension - swaybars rear (and front if you need), brakes, rear strutbar, short shifter, then performance mods and exterior mods.

i think it is 95 db.

a guy that i know with an exhaust has one of those sound db measure things that he got at radio shack. when he got pulled over he took it out of his glove box compartment and showed the officer... the officer was not pleased ha ha

brakes are a cool dig too.
pads, and new fuid, lines if you so desire.
id still say rear sway bar though, i dont think strut bars are worth it at this particualr point in time...

carbon fiber sidemarkers
short throw shifter (any suggestions other than kartboy?)
new grill (maybe a liberal)
fog light covers
strut bars
