I just set my massive hip-hop playlist on "shuffle" on my iPod. It ranges around Whodini, Mantronix, Run DMC, EPMD, NWA, Gang Starr, Kanye West, Jay-Z, Nas, Mobb Deep, Pete Rock & CL Smooth, Talib Kweli, Mos Def, Shyne, E-40, Public Enemy, Ice Cube, Ludacris, Big L, A Tribe Called Quest, Eric B. & Rakim, Hiero, Masta Ace, The Roots, Pharcyde, Slum Village, Lox, AZ, KRS-One (and BDP), Too Short, Wu-Tang, Canibus, Eminem, MF Doom, Dizzie Rascal, Biggie, Pac, etc, etc. It's a good mix of old and new. There's a ton of good stuff out there I haven't listened to yet. So much music, so little time.

hella good dude! I like listening to the engine, and usually with my window down i can't hear anything on my stock radio anyway, so i'm thinking of just throwing it away

it depends on what kind of driving I am doing:

Freeway Cruizing = sublime, beastie boys, Hip hop(underground), that kinda stuff...

Spirited driving, on a wide open road that I know very well = Some good bangin' trance, Progressive House or Jungle/D&B.

Spirited driving on a narrow, blind or otherwise unknown road = no music, so I can "hear" the car and the road.
