What I did this weekend pics/videos! SAR/CARDA training
We had a huge multi-agency (15 jurisdictions) training event this past saturday and sunday at Briones Regional Park.
CARDA (California Rescue Dog Association) does a yearly training event, and they invite many agencies to come and perform a mock Incident Command Systems exercise. There were lots of mock searches set up with volunteer victims. We also had a lot of classes set up (• Radio communication• Fire-starting in the woods• Bone Identification• Backcountry searching• Knowledge of a Crime Scene• Fear and Anxiety Response in Children• Ropes/Low angle/liter transport• Helicopter Safety)

haha i know the san ramon comms guys. it was funny cause they were talking about how sustainable the entire apparatus was and then when they were leaving they couldnt start it for some odd reason.
those dogs are awesome, i got to train with them a little during an oes usar drill.
is that a rack pulley mariner system?
