i think talking about games with people in BAIC should be in the BAIC section.

is a conversation between BAIC members, and not others. he may only wants to share his INFO within the BAIC, and not at OT.

does BAIC section ONLY talk about BAIC subarus?

 

Not sure why it merged. That was fixed It was just supposed to be moved since it is a general question not regional relevant.

 

BAIC can talk about anything. However, this was a general question that had no regional relevance. OT includes anyone from the BAIC as well, but a much better place for general OT questions. If it was a question about phone diagnostics specific to this region, no reason why it wouldn't stay in BAIC. I dont see why it is a problem to be in OT as it is or the reason to resist it.
