That is a chop, but it's pretty obvious that those are most likely 2 very screwed up fingers to start with.

Yeah it is a chop. I have seen lots of good ones, and bad, but one thing that stuck out is that you can see his mouse on his desk when he took his photo of his hand before going back to work!!! If there was a medicle tray or somthing behind his hand it might have been a little more believable.
