I've seen this before but it was on animals, hands, arms, elbows.
Some even have worms living the holes.

Still gives me the creeps. (scarry thing is, I've seen worse in person )

i cant believe thats what someone 'does'. like if i asked him why he would photochops **** like this, he would say 'this is what i do'..... major issues, or future mass murderer, or both.
