If it's a fake, it's pretty decent. Everything presents itself differently, and just because something doesn't adhere to the norm, doesn't make it any less real.
I might inspect the photo for pixelation in a bit, but I got distracted while typing.

I didn't see any abnormal pixels when I looked just now.
So, It's a damn good chop.
I would be proud to say it's my own. hah
What's bothering me about it, is that if it is a burn, there's not enough charring. I suppose that could've been post clean-up, but the blistering around the site would normally be blackened and peeling more.
