If you like a good sports documentary, "Choke" is very good. It follows the champion of the Gracie Jujitsu family, Rickson Gracie, as he travels to Japan for the world Vale Tudo championship.
The video focuses on 3 fighters as they train and prepare to fight.

was a really fun read, but i can't believe it was made into a movie. anecdotal and unorthodox approach to explaining economics. might give all gear-heads some perspective about their own behaviors. if you read the book before your boss did, then you should be the boss.
