So Ive got a swap, and in swapping, I sourced an STi x-member with STi steering rack (Talked the guy on craigslist down to $120 for all of it, thinking it was just a WRX! ), and It came with the front sway bar too.

Now, I have my stock 96 OBS control arms and it broke the endlinks of the sway bar. Does anyone know if I can use the STi endlinks, the 96OBS endlinks or do I need to get new front control arms?

Or should I just say f- it and fab someting?

 

Pick up some whitelines or something.

But if it was me I'd call LIC or GST, one of the shops with experience with these swaps.

I used stock STi endlinks, and since its an STi sway bar with 96 OBS control arms, they broke.

I fear if I use whiteline or something like that, they wiull bend.

 

except when you already BROKE your stock ones????????

 

the obs front control arms with either need gd bushings or pacers to work in the gd engine cradle, or you just need to swap to gd control arms
