bubb rubb was some black guy in oakland and the news did a story on these things called whistler tips, where shops weld a piece of metal inside your muffler tip so it whistles...

he was making retarded comments like "they go woooh wooooh" and etc....except he wasn't joking...he was serious and pro-whistler tip. anyways, his retardation of the brain became huge and people posted clips of his interview online, and soundboards were made so everyone could mess around with his voice
