They want a ton of money for a car with no brake system that's sitting in an alley? FYI, no brake system = really easy to push away

he said $5k+ and its a complete rust bucket that doesn't run properly and has motor damage. That just makes no sense but it is what it is

with nothing really working and that thing is rusted/rotted out...no brakes and in bad shape. Not having brakes is a big deal for these things. There are no parts commercially available for these things, which is why he said he using some other motor, brakes, etc...
