i think it's actually practical if you are using it too look for things you dropped at night... I wouldn't do it for normal driving, plus, it's not my color...

I'd do red, easiest on your night vision. And put them on a separate switch.

function = good, but it should be like in those luxury cars where they have a dim warm colored light so you can watch your step when you get in the car.

I think it would be cool if they only turned on when you had them in the "on" mode and when you opened the doors. Like the dome light. Oh, and definitely not green, red, or any other Fast&Furious color. Just plain white.
