ok im kinda confused on what's needed for a snowboard rack setup. i understand you need the rack and that costs about $100. i heard you also need some crossbars or something? how much does that cost? How much will a setup cost me and what else do you need, or are you set with a rack and bars?

btw, this is for a my03 sedan.

 

This has been covered extensively on this website already. You can do a search but here goes:

a set of gutterless roof towers to mount to your roof
2 cross bars
a snowboard/ski rack
a set of locks so nobody steals your stuff
optional: wind screen for better gas mileage

Thule or Yakima, they're both pretty similar go to their website and it will tell you exactly what you need for your model car.
