Well first tell me if your going with a girl your in a relationship with, or if the people your going to be with like to party. I'll write more when I get back from work.
Cant speak for HK girls, but unless 90% of them walk around in short skirts and knee-hi boots 12 months out of the year, then its JDM girsl FTW

k im not visiting any of these places, some of my friends are. if you have the name of those all-girl shopping malls, that would be good, since there will be a few girls in teh group.
go to causeway bay forsure.. if you want a good time and willing to spend some money.. stay on the hong kong side. Avoid all overpasses because during the day because there are some ugly *** filipino chicks just chilling on the floor.(maids on their lunch break) and definitly get a massage hah

If you want a decent hotel with great location, Eaton gets a big thumbs up from me. Walking distance to the shopping areas, decent rooms, reasonable staff, and a decent price.
If you want a great hotel with a fantastic view, the Renaissance is pretty damn nice.
Those are the only two places I've stayed recently so I can't comment on anywhere else.
Activities?? What do you want to do, there is tons to do and see, it just depends on your tastes and how deep your wallet is.
