what is the criteria for traffic school?

18 months before last violoation or last date of traffic school.

if you attend, you have to wait 18 months to go again from the last violation date (if you get another ticket)

and if you fight the ticket, you might not be able to attend. it's up to the judge

 

18 months after last traffic school. If it hasn't been 18 months you can ask the judge to allow you to do it again but it will be a 12 hour session instead of an 8.

if it's for ticket, i have more than 18 months. feb, 2007

if it's for traffic school, it's august 2007.

and i just got a ticket yesterday, so that makes a difference.

 

I remember way back in the day (00-03) when I racked up a lot of tickets, I did traffic school online a few times. It only took 15-20 minutes since I would open a 2nd window or another comp to quickly look for the few answers I didn't know.

but recently, a buddy of mine did online school and said that you HAD to have and use a webcam and sit there the entire time
