I would either get the LGT and leave it as is, maybe change the front bumper... Or get the WRX TR and mod it...

If you plan to stay stock, LGT. If you plan to mod like there's no tomorrow, Honda. Some light mods, WRX.

This is assuming saving money is a priority. I'm assuming it is since you don't have the STi listed.

It all depends what you want to do with it and what your budget is like. I've noticed that all your picks are 4 door cars besides the Civic Si.

You can probably throw the Evo on the list as they go for the same price as the Legacy if your going for that price range.

How about picking the car that YOU want... different people look for different things in their vehicles. Why would their choice have any bearing on yours?

Yeah. The LGT is much nicer than the wrx imo(non-TR). So stock for stock LGT > WRX.

But if you plan on adding lots of power/suspension mods you would be better off with the TR. Its much cheaper and has more support in the aftermarket.

buy the car that best suits your needs/wants

Out of the list, the LGT would be my choice

Just get what you want and can afford. Also take in to account the moddin costs and maintanance costs. Plus this is a subaru forum, most people (Like my self) will be a little biased. But my sis has the new 06 civic ex and its really nice, I dont think it has enough power, so the Si would be cool too.
WRX or LGT. just had to add my opinon

Your range is so big that you can add a whole lot of other cars.

GTI
Mazdaspeed3 - when it comes
A3
GTO - maybe
C230
it can go on......
