stock Panasonic one in the Subie is 4 years newer than the one in my beater I drive 80% of the week. Thus I swapped the batteries to make sure I'll not have to worry 100% of my 80% time behind the wheel.

With the smaller/lighter Odyssey batteries... are there any concerns with cold starts like Tahoe mornings in particular or having the car sit for a week in between starts?

I use to run only Optima batteries but... because they have gone down in quality in the last 3-4 years, and I have burned out FIVE of them in the truck in 3 years (3 red top 2 yellow top) I have stopped using them.

Now I get the sears Diehard platnum, its a gelmat battery seems to be very strong.
