I'm just messing with you.
But seriously, Strobin's gonna kick your . . .
No, I'm just joking. Ignore me. The national weather service forecasts out here are worthless, we usually find out about weather from them a day or two after it has happened, instead of before.
(In general it's best to assume anything I say is tagged with [SARCASM][/SARCASM] until it's proven otherwise. Sorry about that, I think it's my Swedish blood. That is the most sarcastic country I've ever visited.)

Quite alright. Appreciate the updates. As far as being a meteorologist, I don't think that weather prediction is a very precise science anyway.
For TV weather reporting, I don't see why they bother to hire folks with a meteorology degree - just hire the best looking gal with a clear speaking voice, put her in front of the blue/green screen facing a teleprompter, forego the industry standard pantsuits look, and that's all we need as far as a TV weather personality.

just because i haven't been wrong yet doesn't mean i won't ever be. I'm sure i'll get things wrong in future sometime.
Point: I just want to give the auto-xers a chance to be preped in case it's wet for them.
Also: Brian, be prepared for wet weather, don't count on it! You've waited a long time for this day, definitly go through as planned. But maybe keeping a number handy for some outdoor tent people handy in case you might need to get some covered structures up. It's the wedding that's most important, not the weather dude! and Congrats!

I've gone total oppsite of local news people, and been right. I'm more acurate than weather.com
I rely on the NWS to get my info, so beatin them out would be pretty hard. lol.
oh well, the system isn't even close to us yet, i'll follow it, and just edit my first post on friday.

I mostly end up using Weather Underground and the NWS pages. Only now you have to pay the Weather Underground $5/year or they spew so many banner ads at you that it looks like Weather.com.
