its just a giant flat dirt area and people mostly take thier dirt bikes and quads out there and stuff.
i have actually heard some stories of people getting pulled over for going to fast on the dirt roads to get out there and the cop/sherrif just told them to keep it easy until they hit the dry lake bed.
