No but I am.
First off, many whales swim at depth where the water pressure becomes so high it puts literally tons of pressure on them and their bodies have adapted to live having constant pressure applied to them, just pulling them out of the water makes them want to nearly burst at the seams. Add to the the built up pressure of internal gasses from decomposition as was noted and this is the inevitable result.
