Weather for 09/20/05

Chance of thunderstorms. Could be windy at times, and with any amount of precepitation, we'll have accidents.

UCKK looks to be no exception as of right now. I'll be there, but everyone should come prepared for wind, small chance of rain, and maybe even a lightning show.

I think people drive carefully the FIRST sign of water, it's the second day that scares me...people become insane after the first day.

First day is worse, all the rain washes up the oil and rubber embedded in the road making it like an ice rink.

Yeah, the roads are worse, but people tend to drive more slowly and give some space when following...but only the first day...the second day they get impaitient and drive like....well, like me

actually, 3-6pm is when the heat is greatest during the day, and so about 4pm to like 8pm is the time when we'll see the most activity.

Well, I'm in so-cal right now, and we just had a huge thunderstorm. Lasted for atleast 8 hours. Weather down here is pretty strange, considering how it wasn't that cloudy...

it just takes some warm air hitting cold air, and you have activity.

California is seeing left over monsoon mostuire from the Gulf of Mexico. It happens in the sierras and the desert southwest ALL the time. Just that ever once in a while we get some unstable air in our area, and we get today.

I've been hearing some STRONG thunder today. I'm really hoping we get a lightning show tonight!
