Those actually look to be a decent design... and clones of the ones Vette Brakes & Products has been making for 30 years.
In general if you are running a wheel spacer, it means you are running the wrong wheels.
In general Weapon R = cheap Chinese knock-offs of other products... quality is generally crap.
Cold Air Intakes have been shown to be a waste on Subaru's in 99% of the cases. Just run an STI air filter, remove the air silencer from the fender and install a $5 plug in the fenderwell.

Really though, Weapon R? I've never really even heard of that brand and I've been modding cars since I was 16, that's what 28yrs?~? ***t! I'm old!
Back on subject, you get what you pay for, I've always bought the best for my carz why go any less. Back in the day there was no ebay or knock off parts like there is today, you had a few choices eg, Tokico, Blitz, HKS, Koni .. Seriously though why spend 30k on a car and buy ***t parts for it is beyond me.
If you're gonna buy a Weapon R intake, you might as well sell your Suby and go buy a Yugo because ***t parts belong on a ***t car..

A buddy of mine had a Weapon R intake on his Celica back in 98. Despite them being around for a while, I'm pretty sure he'd tell you not to buy one. I don't recall ever seeing any of their parts on a legit car.
