ok my 4runner is fun to drive on wet roads
rwd with crappy low tread tires = tires spin any time i hit the gas
i think i am going to get my new tires put on monday instead of thursday because this isnt' the safest thing driving around like this

Hell ya I made a left this morning off 880N Thornton exit and came sliding around the turn... think I better put my stockers w/ all season tires on soon.

In that case, the ES100s are DAMN nice wet tires. But if you can save them the mileage, definitely switch out. The KDWS's are pretty nice tires.

I'm screwed - lost it in the rain at 20-25 mph - car in front of me stopped hard on a curve on a green light - road trash, bookshelves, that I couldn't see - and I slid around him - S03's wouldn't grab and hit the curb. This is the first time I've seriously lost traction on the S03's, either the tread is just not there or the road was oily or both

Aw damn, that sucks dude. Today, I actually activated my ABS on my way home from buying dinner. I've never really had to slam on my brakes in the rain hard enough before, so it felt weird. I need to apply some Rain X and some anti-fog stuff on my windows when it gets dry again.
