He will be signed today unless Webber decides to bail last minute. He said he wants to play with Detroit but they don't have a spot in their roster for him.

i think they're extending cj watson to a contract for the remainder of the year...who also happens to wear #4 jersey currently for the warriors. i doubt it if webber is gonna be supporting #4 again. he'd probably pick a # that only a wide receiver would wear like he did for the pistons. also #2 that he used to wear for the bullets is occupied by pietrus at the moment.

I think Cj is a good find. Solid. Webber should wear 93 to signify when he first played for Golden State.

LOL

I'tll be interesting to see what he brings to the Warriors if he does in fact sign. I thought it was BS when I first heard the rumor though. You just have a feeling he' going to get lazy a long the way and Mullin might have to buy out his contract like what happened with Foyle's contract. So are they going to release Troy Hudson in order to make room for C Webb?

Hopefully he can still do THIS and THIS

not sure why all this negativity about C coming back (not just here but on sports talk radio too).

for the amount of money, who is a better free agent big man who can pass and hit a 18 ft J?

Nellie and Mulli already told him his role. They would not take a chance especially with the way they are playing now. If C starts to cry about PT, waive him and eat the money.

also let's not forget, they don't have to give up anyone.

yeah, hudson has to go. i dont think we're gonna let go the only back up point guard in cj watson. i was tuning in on fitz and brooks on knbr today and it sounds like it's all but a done deal. i just wish nellie would play brenden wright more instead. that guy has the potential to be the next chris bosh in my opinion.

It's mostly because of the history between the team and C Webb. Everything pretty much went downhill for the team after Webber got traded and Nelson left. Plus, he's past his prime.
