either way, i doubt tein would care regardless of the price he sold their product on a used market, if anything he'd still be promoting their product for tein

long story and too lazy to type all of it, but YES TEIN CUSTOMER SERVICE and POILICYS suck ballls. they didnt even know what spring rates they had on their coilovers!!!! which lead me to buying the exact same spring i had (wanted stiffer springs) through misleading information! anddd i had to pay for shipping expenses sending back the springs. they barely let me return the spring as well....i was dealing with them for about 2 months on this single issue. also when they say they will call you back for whatever reason, 4/5 times they wont because they forgot or for whatever reason.

but, yes -_- i still like their tein flex product...
customer service yes does suck though.

Don't buy suspension that's made in Taiwan if you're expecting good quality...

I have the TEIN HA coilovers that were made in JAPAN, not Taiwan and they were GREAT! Its a shame that they sold out to mass production...

Japan > Taiwan

(in terms of products)

KW, Ohlins or RCE.

I'd avoid Japanese coilovers on a street driven car at all costs. The valving sucks ***** for US roads.
