they were on ebay for $2000+ during the first 3 days or so, now i see them on CL for $900ish. id feel like an idiot if i bid on one during the first few days for $2000+, chances are that you can get one on CL faster than a ebay seller can ship to you.

 

if i was 2 buy 1, i'll take one for $899 right.

not only is there a saturation of people trying to come up on these, which i don't blame. but people are actually bagging on its performance.

but what is ps3 w/out the new grand turismo?

i think my kids would enjoy the nintendo wii more...

but if the price is right. i'm down for a ps3.

i played the wii lastnight and all i will say is... damn! seriously im thinking of buying a wii now haha

and as for the ps3s they have started to release systems at random now today a local target store got some in and the 60 gigs sold out but the 20 gigs are still on the shelf... go figure

and one of my work buddys said that a crap load of ps3s hit the system today headed to various stores, toysrus, ebgames, kmart, ect.

 

i will give $ 300.00 for a buggy PS3. What say? -

Yeah, i think more than anything, people aren't gamers anymore.

I may be selling this one now to get some extra $, but I'll be picking one up at Retail later on down the line, probably around Spring time when Gran Turismo HD is out.

I don't think its so much that people aren't gamers, the 360 and Wii have sold very well. I thinks its more than the PS3 launch lineup is very average and their aren't any must have, PS3 exclusive games, that coupled with the fact that Blu Ray movies are like $30+ would seem to indicate people are just waiting until:

A) they can get one at a normal price

and

B) there is a game worth spending all the $$$ for

and

C) Blu Ray movies are less expensive

OT: I just bought a 360 this weekend and have been really enjoying that, Gears of War is teh win!
