It's been how many years now since the zombie apocalypse. How do they still have gasoline in their vehicles? Especially since they are doing caravans for supply runs?

I think its only been a year to two tops. So I wouldnt be surprised if they scavenge from other cars on the road and such.

Last nights ep was alright. Totally saw that coming with the crazy chick (I havnt read the comics and idk if thats a part of it or not).

Figured something was going to happen to dude when he was trying to get the youngest daughter to be scared of him going out haha.

I thought last night's episode was a little predictable. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I was hoping for more of a bang with a season premier. The walkers were on that roof for a very long time, then all of a sudden they start falling through. The crazy lady turning on Rick was no surprise either. Also, the black dude who just joined a few days earlier comes off as a mole for the governor. Overall I give last night's episode a C+.

I was wondering if it had something to do with Daryl licking his fingers before he shook the kid's hand. Maybe the kid got some minor flu or virus. He could have just gotten light headed in the shower and passed out. Maybe hitting his head on the floor killed him?

the premier episode was horrible. I LOVE the walking dead, and have argued in its favor with a lot of people who don't like it. Last night made me very worried about the show. There are WAY too many new characters, it just seems like they're desperate for plot so they forced in a bunch of characters. Kids? like, really? Children? I don't want to watch anything about a group of kids reading and talking about how the zombies should have names. Huge waste of time.

The thing i hated about walking dead a couple seasons ago was the Farm season, where all they did was argue over personal drama's, and they didn't relocate for the entire season. It was soooooo boring. Once laurie died, and all the other annoying characters, I was stoked because it looked like it was set for a bunch of zombie killing action with little to no personal drama. Thats pretty much what we got last season, which was awesome.

Now it looks like they are setting it up for more of the BS personal drama. I felt like much of the premier was forced, and I wasn't interested in much of it.

Worried about this show guys...

The kid was sick and passed out in the shower, hitting his head is what killed him. The faint was caused by some sort of sickness, food poisoning, ect.

It hasn't been too long, a couple years I think, judging by how carl has grown up and how old judith is. I dunno man, but i think I remember them getting a lot of gasoline from the governors military jeeps and stuff, they all had big containers of it on them...i just feel like i remember A supply run up to multiple military vehicles.

On another note entirely though, the pictures above about the Hyundai are hilarious. That thing would be toast by now...atleast dirty. Where is the epic zombie killing vehicle in this show anyways ?

The crazy chick pissed me off man, another waste of time. What point are they trying to prove? That people are crazy? people have lost their minds? They already hammered this point on us when showing us the Governor kept his daughter as a zombie and still fed and cared about her. I wasn't intrigued by that lady at all.

Why does rick still take risks like that?

Also, I dunno if everyone picked this up...when rick was talking to hershel...before he went out to check on that hog or whatever. Hershel was imploring him to take his pistol with him....SINCE WHEN IS HERSHEL A GUN ADVOCATE, AND RICK THE OPPOSITE? This part really went against what the show has shown in the past seasons...I didn't understand at ALL why rick would even be questioning leaving the fence without a weapon..really weird..and not like rick.

I dunno about predictable, cause I didn't invision all the new characters, adults and children, who would be on the show. But it was definitely a below average episode in terms of intrigue, action, and plot deception. I had high expectations as well, and rightfully so...

The walkers falling through the roof was comical to me, in a bad way. I felt like i was watching resident evil or something man...it was way to cheesy and unrealistic. The way it was filmed annoyed me as well, just cutting back and forth between zombies in the supermarket getting killed and zombies falling through perfect holes in the roof.

C+ is a generous grade in my book. That episode BARLEY made a passing grade IMO, if not for the kid falling at the end and becoming a zombie, it would've been a D or D-, lets just hope they don't blow that cliffhanger also...

Overall, honestly, I felt like a whole new set of script writers were put on the show...I was substantially disappointed.

Didn't expect that ending. Kinda thought Carol was gonna stab Rick when he wasn't looking lol. I wonder how Daryl's going to react when Rick tells him the news.

Yeah, the show has gotten way better since the first episode...thank god. Carol is kinda off her rocker...murdering people out of paranoia..? Especially at the same time as the rest of the crew is out getting medicine.

Daryl better not freak out, I'm sick of all the human drama. Plus, looks like whats her name with the samrai sword wants to get plowed by daryl anyways. Thst should help him forget. Last 3 episodes were good though.

yeah I know, they are pretty inconsistent with the use of weapons. Sometimes its almost like the character forgets they have a piece on them...

If im in there id be in football pads, have 2 mini samurai swords and some type of blunt object that can bash heads in without taking damage at all (samurai swords would dull eventually). Then id have a shotty on my back, pistol on my side, and def some prisoner zombies w/ no hands or mouths to make me blend in/for a distraction. Theres definitely some room for improvement for them when it comes to weapons/armor. I realize this isn't war, and too much stuff would slow you, but if im going out into the world (leaving the prison) im not goin without protection and weapons that don't use ammo.

Make the prison fence electric too, im sure that metal conducts electricity...hook a generator up to it or something. Baracade the fence w/ a vehicle or supplies. I dunno, rick has many options.
