Plus, solar panels would be awesome in the Walking Dead's world! For houses already with them on the roof, they can still have lights after the apocalypse hit!

If they scavenge enough from a panel warehouse, the Governor's or Rick's group can have enough electricty to supply water heaters, AC, security cameras on the fence, TV and Blu-rays, and charge up some Teslas!

 

apple's data center has a giant solar panel farm next to a biofuel reactor that burns what i assume is hydrogen or methane for energy, we could probably convert it to run off zombie paste.

i'm building a base near that!

I was more grossed out watching Andrea and the governor than I was watching Michonne slicing open that fat zombies belly and watching his guts fall out.
