VW wheels on my wagon.. do i dare?

these 17's were one of my favorite wheels on volkswagens and i need new tires and am on a low budget.

they fit with around a e40-42 offset i believe so they sit semi flush.

did a quick photoshop. what do you think.

old picture of my car, plus it was taken with a wide angle and i had bad placement on the rear wheel. but with all that aside... do i dare?!

yeah et42 should be fine with a light fender roll. anything lower and youre pushing it on the wagons.

theyre 5x100. i have a feeling they might rub. why do you think they wont bolt on? ill see if i can test fit them first if anything.
