Oh wow! That's an AMAZING redesign! I'd LOVE to have this on the shirt! Who else is with me? It's still like #2 but touched up very nicely with some added minor details that work REALLY well!
its still your design tho brucelee 
but yeah, its somewhat a universal design cause it would work on a black shirt or a white shirt.

SamuiArashi, I like your iteration as well as mine (#2 ) of silverbullet415's original design. I can go either way and be happy. The only thing I might suggest is a couple little clean-up of some general design elements details:
~ Evened out the bold black outline around the serifs of the letter "B" (red arrows)
~ I moved the date out of the 08/09 box. Felt out of place since non of the other panels had text. Also since the panels are "features" I felt they each should have nothing else on them (ie: text) otherwise it takes away from the art.
~ Also flushed the "novato, ca" against the vertical line on it's right side. (flush right)
~ lastly, not sure what color tee-shirt we would have, but on a white tee-shirt the orange text on white may be hard to read.
