I had a hit-and-run in San Jose and even got the Freakin' Plates and STILL San Jose PD wouldn't help as the person who owned the car was NOT the person that was driving the car (yet they NEVER mentioned it being a Stolen Car or anything like that). So the damage you see on my left rear door is from that Hit-and-Run..
