Not to bring this whole "who's to blame" issue back from the dead but I'm still curious about Virginia Laws or policies of the campus for that matter. Now,, Cho had guns in his dorm room, yes? And his roomates in interviews said they saw that he had the guns. My question is this: what policy does VT have about possession of guns on campus. I can't see them condoning it. So why was he never reported? The whole thing is just a big mess...
