Awesome realism, great vehicle feedback (MOMO logitech steering wheel equipped), awesome graphics, and Free track and car downloads for days! Its mod friendly for adding dynamic and new race styles suck as dirt track stadium races, NASCRAP ovals, real road courses, rally racing, formula1 open wheel racing (Which is difficult, but rather rewarding.) Plus worldwide online gameplay, tournaments, race teams, championships.
Its the new revolution.
Download free version. Race a few sessions, buy upgrades, tune suspention, and the BMW f1 car is insane. good times. -- $39 to register, and lots of web sites hosting cars and tracks to keep it interesting. Difficult to start, but learn the feel, remember brakes (Simulation, not arcade style) and I'll see you on the net as my speedbump :P

I have a 360 and I was debating on what game I should get next (Spring Break coming up).
