Still haven't seen any attempt at a sincere apology. Don't you realize you are hurting your own business?? - you are easily doing more than $50 worth of damage to your name.
I mean seriously, eat some humble pie and admit you over reacted regardless of the situation.
Not that this is my business but I might suggest to AutoHQ that every response is carefully formulated from here on.
I'm sure AutoHQ is a quality establishment and this is simply a mistake on their behalf that I'm sure they will never do again.

Tags are removed. The only way this thread is getting locked/deleted/changed further is at the customer's request, since he was the one wronged here - he gets to decide how he'd like it handled from the forum side.
Kevin/AHQ, as others have commented, this is between you and the CC company, not you and the customer- he's done here and should never have been brought up.
This is on you as the business to handle with your payment provider; remind them it's why you pay the fees on every transaction.

Why? Because manning up and apologizing is the right thing to do. If one can have a kneejerk reaction of 'kill kill kill', one should also be able to muster up the juice to squeeze off even a cursory apology.
