uppipe install/cleared lights

Car Info: lowered blk04 with no motor
uppipe install/cleared lights
wassup, my cars chillin the car garge right now takin apart. no tranny downpipe, intercooler, etc. i was wondering if anybody would gut my stock uppipe or install any after market one for some cash. also same goes for headlight clearing.
