Fresh Udon (Bukkake)
Was it milky and taste like clorox?

Dude, it's just cold udon with toppings splashed on it.
Seriously.
Bukkake just means "to splash" in Japanese. Therefore, bukkake udon means to have sauce, tororo, nattou, or any other manner of toppings liberally applied to the noodles.
If you don't believe me, try explaining how a "creampie" is not something you order at Marie Callendar's to a non-native English speaker
