meh...i think they're trying too hard with the commercials. if the car is as good as they say it is, the word will get out real quick...especially with the market they are targeting. For the price, I can't see it really competing with the wrx. I can definitely imagine a better interior, but other than that, I don't see why anyone would buy one over a wrx wagon. obviously, I'm biased.

VW has always been known for their outrageous ads/commercials to differentiate themselves from the competitors...its what those whacky krauts do

Nice car, I like the looks of it, and the 2.0 has already shown it's potential. The commercials are funny too.

 

Very good spots. I used to produce car commercials and I give them all a 9+ rating. Pretty damn funny and GREAT casting!!!

great commercials, funniest thing i've seen in auto advertising in awhile. too bad about the focus, I had a svt focus before steppin into my subbie.

 

i love their commercials...this is not a biased just because i used to own one or my cousin's band was featured in the Jetta III commercials in the mid 1990's
