That's a retarded statement. You need to realize most women think we are retards for spending hours on internet forums talking about cars and spending $$$$$$$$ on them

I have 0 respect for people who can't respect other's hobbies/opinions. Despite what you think, being a "car guy"doesn't get much respect from anyone except other car guys

Buying purses is not a hobby.

Purses don't improve any usable skills, help teach any practical concepts, or anything else pertinant to life in general. It does however add value to a market that should have very little value since a $500 "hand bag" isn't in any way shape or form better than say a $30 "hand bag".

Purses can teach you 3 things:

- How much money you can spend on a bag that carries your cell phone and make-up

- How to pronounce a few French and Italian names incorrectly

- How to make other girls jeaslous

Uhh, what? THAT sir, was a retarded statement. Everyone drives cars, who here uses purses (besides Zoeb)? Working and tweaking on cars might be nerdy to girls, but who ends up fixing THEIR cars when they break? I don't know about you, but talking or knowing anything about purses never came in handy for me. I'd say that

car knowledge > purse knowledge

anyday. And yes, I can say that, I have 6 sisters.

Thanks for playing!

Neither does collecting baseball cards or other sports memorabilia, doesnt stop thousands from doing

It does however add value to a market that should have very little value since a $500 "hand bag" isn't in any way shape or form better than say a $30 "hand bag".
Yeah, a $2000 JDM exhaust does the same thing as a $300 megan exhaust, only the $2000 JDM exhaust makes 16 year olds and ricers jizz their pants

Purses can teach you 3 things:

- How much money you can spend on a bag that carries your cell phone and make-up

- How to pronounce a few French and Italian names incorrectly

- How to make other girls jeaslous
Modifying cars can teach you 3 things

-How much money you can spend on parts that rapidly depreciate in value, yet your car still only gets you from point A to B, just a tad faster

-How to pronounce a few japanese and german names incorrectly

-how to make other car guys jealous

According to your logic, you should not be on this board at all. Instead sell your car and all of its mods and get a geo metro, it still gets you from point A to B and is much cheaper

Its not about knowledge, its about personal choice and spending YOUR money on what YOU want.

Would I buy any high priced wallet (or purse if I was a girl)? Hell no

But that doesnt give me the right to knock on girls and respect them less simply because they choose to spend THEIR hard earny money on things they enjoy

Ask how many girls would like to spend THOUSANDS on modifying a car.

And knowledge. If you don't know how to tweak on your car or could care less, maybe you should be on those purse forums.

As for the rest of us men over here, we'll continue to tweak on our cars and fix our significant other's when it breaks on them. Oh, and fix yours when it breaks, too. Look on the bright side. At least you can sell your Gucci purse to pay us.

lol..I wouldn't be caught dead on those forums. I do all of my own work on my car as well thank you very much (as well as all the work on my gfs honduh)

That doesn't mean I'm going to knock down others for their personal spending choices. Accepting others and their hobbies doesn't make me any less of a man than you, it just means im not a close-minded man

I don't think I'm close minded to think that those purse forums are a complete waste of time. Neither am I knocking or less accepting on what they love. But don't put in their minds that car modding or fixing is just as nerdy as theirs, or they will infact be stranded on the side of the road.

I'm not trying to prove that, I was mainly referring to the guy who's "losing even more respect for women" simply because of how they choose to spend their money. Methinks he doesn't have a gf at all

It may not be as nerdy or useful as car modding, but the over all tendencies of the hobby itself are aligned with pretty much any hobby

-Waste of time
-Waste of money

However, people waste time and money on hobbies all the time because it makes them happy

Thing is, Coach is relatively cheap when it comes to purses. My Korean ex GF used a Coach purse as her "beater" bag I guess you could call it. Hahah.
