uh
What's so bad about Rota's?
How much engineering goes into a knock-off wheel? ...I mean the original wheel was already "engineered" right?
/wishing they had the G-Force when I got my set of Works Esperio Design 1

From: FIXED the Hack: IWSTI>iclub - really, was the hack necessary; as in why the insecurity? Most people on this forum don't even have an STI- so that site isn't meant for them anyway- damn communists and their free-speech stifling ways

I especially love the ones that powdercoat these wheels and are genuinely shocked when they crack not long afterwards.

To each their own. If you wanna rock Volks/Work/SSR/Racing Harts (the good wheels, not the RH Evolution stuff)/etc., fine. If you wanna rock Rotas, fine. The hate between the two parties is stupid and several years old. The name calling is some grade school bullsh*t. "Oh you so poor you had to buy Rotas!" "You damn rich bastard buying $2500 Volks!" It's old man.
Besides, it's not like Rota is some random company that doesn't back their product.

+1 for Rota.
FYI, they've been around for more than 20 years or more. I had them on my cars back in the Philippines WAAAAY back in the early 80's.. They used them on rally cars back there in the 80's. I had them on 2 other cars here in the US. I've never had an issue with the quality, ever.

It has nothing to do with being rich or poor, I could afford a set of $2500 wheels, but I choose not to cuz I don't want to spend that much on wheels
also, if someone can't afford a set of wheels $2500 and they settle for a set of $650 wheels who cares? Whats it to you?
You sound like a retard coming to a public forum and calling people poor.

I had a powder coated set of rota subzero 17" wheels for 40K miles that I bought used(previous owner Mark tracked them and used as daily driver) and I took them off road, hit many harsh pot holes and they never bent or cracked.
The Rota Subzero is the lightest wheel and they stood up perfect for me.
I sold them to a friend who is taking the yellow off and he will continue to beat on them.
go ahead and think you're better then the rest of us, you'll get whats coming to you eventually.
