hellz yeah, I'm definately a Forrest fan. All these bashing of TUFers being showboats and posers. Man people have to realize, the TUF guys are legit and here to stay!

I've noticed that Crocop, Handerson, and Shogun all have came over from dominating pride to lose in the UFC. I find it weird. Bahaha Liddell lost. Silva was like "who am I suppose to fight now?"

I stated earlier that it's more than likely due to the much more restricted for US TV rules.

Stomping a guy in the face when he's down is kind of a Brazilian fighter in Pride specialty, and not being to do much at all to a guy whos on the ground in UFC really limits a fighter.

I still feel that Shogun is better than most of the same weight class in UFC, but he was definitely beat last night.

most Pride fighters will be able to adapt to the UFC rules, but trust me, VERY few UFC fighters would survive a pride fight.

Dana White can DIAF

I love Randy, but I couldn't watch that one... Fedor is just too smart, he'll learn the rules easily, and then whoop on everyone.

Why such hate for Dana White and the UFC? Without Dana White, MMA would be dead. Other than the UFC, Pride was the only other option and it died because of bad business practices and shady dealings with the Yakuza. The man is not the most eloquent speaker but he made the sport mainstream and made it popular. I do agree with you that allowing leg stomps and knees on the ground make for a more exciting fight, however there's probably more to Pride fighters struggling in the UFC than the fighters adapting to the rule change. Maybe they were just overhyped to begin with or maybe it may have something to do with the athletic commissions here testing for steroids and other performance enhancers.

That's what Pride fans said when Cro Cop came over, then Henderson, and recently Shogun. I still think Fedor beats Randy, but I wouldn't put money on it at this point.

Lets face it, most MMA fans are ****ing just a dumb as drift fans, "pro" wrestling fans, and nascar fans. Every organization has retard people following...

CroCop was not doing well in pride, he wasn't going to be that great in UFC either.

Henderson is definitely good, he's got what it takes to be a champ. Look at Jackson, he came and adapted quickly and easily. Shogun is definitely great, but like I said earlier, he's going to have a hard time getting used to the restrictive rules. Nearly all the pride fighters will have to redo their focus and routines for the UFC rules.

But yeah, Fedor is everything Randy is and more, and younger to boot. I don't expect him to do poorly, even if he loses a few fights at first or something. He's far too smart to be a complete loser.

To that regard, I think Henderson, Shogun and a few others will definitely figure it out.

So now that there is so much top talent in UFC, what is Dana going to do now? I have a feeling that top talent will be fighting top talent over and over again, and so many will feel the right to contend for titles.

Someone tried to bring up pride fighters using steroids then coming to the UFC and not using them anymore. I thought about it for about 30 seconds and laughed. Its gonna be interesting as the cross over continues, but we will definitely be getting some great fights to watch.

MMA in the united states, absolutely.

MMA around the world has grown without Dana.

I like how once Tim, Matt and Chuck were dethroned so many fans were butt hurt and you could see the same feeling coming from Dana
