FYI, I go to oakes pretty often, but there's sometimes a cop looking for rolling stop sign violations, so just watch out for that. I don't know if the cop was just breaking up a party or actually looking for violators. But I know he wasn't looking for modified cars

All of you guys should find this group on facebook, "Touge Friends(UCSC)" it's a pretty cool group of guys with fast rides on campus, they do a lot of auto-x, a few track days and some fun runs here and there. they also know the backroads behind campus very well, so if you guys are looking for a nice road, hit them up!

edit: if you guys are looking for a meet, the parking lot up by Cowell is the best, right across from the fire station

ha, i think it looks good. the old scoop is kinda weak. i've never heard any negative criticism for it before either. it was the first thing i did to the car 3 years ago. it would look better if i didn't keep on getting my car dirty.

haha im cool off an on campus meet still, ucpd are dicks in general, iono how they would do with a car meet

next few times im out ill keep a lookout for a chill spot for a few cars to meet up...i was thinkin natural bridges area? thats not far at all

 

I've never had a problem with UCPDs yet, I think they're more into looking out for partiers and whatnot than people meeting up having a sober social gathering.

And I don't think this will become a regular weekly car meet. Just more of a meet and greet I think. What does everyone else think?
