Do these people even clarify what they constitute a minor and a major modification?

...Cause I can totally see them ranking a complete bolt on 300 whp turbo or a track worthy suspension set ups as a minor inconveniences, but a custom speaker box or shiny chrome wheels or lambo doors as major mods x10...
