Does anybody know if there is any places around that would be able to inspect a turbo and let me know of its condition?

 

I would call up your local Subaru shop! GST, Speedelement, EQ tuning, all good shops, I would have them check it out! They could tell yah if it was good or need to be rebuilt! Good luck, call what ever shop is closest!

 

I'd have a backup turbo ready because if it is bad, its already out and easily replaceable, instead of paying to put it back on and then swap again later

 

yea i actually just picked this turbo up. Ill most likely drive by gst on monday and see if they will take a look
