Got the car back, according to thr butt dyno, it feels smoother. They also washed and vacuumed my car without me requesting it! Rims and tires are clean too!

If anybody around the peninsula needs dealer service, I'd recommend Putnam in Burlingame. Speak with Dwayne, he called me during the service to let me know what needed to be replaced and how much it would be, and gave me the option to go with it or not.

I went to putnam subaru last year and the parts guy couldn't find me the right exhaust gaskets...didn't know anythin about subaru exhaust systems, didn't know the header-up-turbo-down and I ended up walkin out because he brought me the wrong gasket a few times

I didn't have to deal with the parts guy, but when i called putnam subaru(there's an sf one and burlinggame one), i too felt that the parts guy didn't know what was going on with subaru parts. Service wise, i saw an sti being worked on before mine went up so i felt somewhat relieved, at least they had one wrx/sti to look at before mine if anything...

the car has been running fine like normal...no more fuel smell...so problem has been fixed.
