If they play Biggie on the radio...I change it. Tupac will always be a #1...Biggie, MAYBE #2.

Xsnoiz was a much better username, especially since you're in the car audio business. How's that going SC?

Biggie smalls was the better lyricist, however, his rap never really hit home. I don't drive fancy cars, ride in helicopters, go to big NY clubs with 100s of women. His life was not even CLOSE to has hard at tupac's. Pretty much everything tupac spoke of was from personal life experiences. That makes his rap even more touching, period. It's about what your message is, and who it's for. Tupac always had meaning to everything he ever said or did.
Even his movies were ones where he could express himself.

The reason I mentioned Ice T is because he originated Gangsta / Cop Killa Rap, and NWA members just took it to its highest (or lowest depending how you look at it) levels.
Even before then, Ice T was representing the real Hip Hop (Graffitti Art, Breakdancing Competitions MC, Freestyle battles, DJing, Community upliftment charities, etc.). He is the first known rapper who ever performed the notorious C-Walk dance in front of cameras in 1984's in Breakin'. The man has history, and should be respected as an old school hip hop artist! Shiiieeet, he was breakdancing before Ice Cube reached puberty in New Jersey, then came over South Central LA and got caught up in the REAL life while attending Crenshaw High School.
So to answer your question, I was not kidding you and chose every artist I mentioned carefully with the exception that I didn't post enough of 'em.
Stay sucka-free.
