The ALK for GC8 and GDA differ only in that the kit for GDA has a bunch of washers and spacers. You may be able to purchase that from Whiteline separately.

ALK = best bang for the buck suspension-related mod

ALK is definitely not the best bang for the buck mod. I would have to agree with Gagan that the 20mm rear swaybar is. Plus it is the easiest to bolt on.

lol I beg to differ on a friendly note

ALK is best bang !!! sway bar ??? allignment will take care of that. and a camber bolt and you can keep the stock swaybars for better ride and comfort. But the ALK read along.

ALK =best bang for the buck, ya get both caster and camber when needed not like those massive tire eating camber settings and not to mention a better bushing all in one product.

Take off's on the car definitely improves and so does power out on turns . It almost feels like your car doesnt have the torque but when timed on a 1/4 mile gives you a better result, same results on better track time.

swaybar only gives you one thing.

So how will the swaybar be the best bang ...

cheers

since we're already off-topic, I just wanted to note that my car woke-up not after adjusting stock camber bolts to -1.5, but after installing 4-pt. front lower subframe brace. much more precise...alk & rear sway come next!

Steering rack bushings are the best bang for the buck.

A 20mm WRX rear swaybar on a GC is the runner up.

ALK is good too, but it screws up your auto-x cadigory

I still dasagree... lol

For the GM6/GC6 cars, i still say a 20mm rear bar is the best bang for the buck. they are like $70 or something. and super easy to install.

i think stock rear is 13mm, and a 7mm increase is huge. you know it!

yeah, getting a 22mm sway bar is one of the best mods I've done (as well as the TEIN's, and strut bars, and brakes, and tires, and....).

Wow, talk about a Hijacked thread......

So does anyone want to buy a RS??

P.S Performance Driving school is the best bang for the buck as you will get way more out of your car than any of the above mentioned mods!!
